Shipping Information
- Processing Time: As our products are made to order, please allow a vendor lead time of 5 to 10 business days for processing your order.
- Dispatch Time: Orders will be dispatched within a maximum of 5 to 10 business days from the date of order placement.
- Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary based on your location. Please allow additional time for transit after dispatch.
Incorrect/Incomplete Shipping Address
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if:
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided.
- There are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency.
- The package is refused by the recipient.
Alteration Process: Once we receive the product, we will alter it to your desired size.

- Courier Charges: Additional courier charges involved in the alteration process will be borne by you.
Returns and Exchanges
We strive to ensure that every transaction you have with us is seamless, and we adhere to the highest quality standards. Therefore, we follow a no exchange, no return policy.
- Size Discrepancy: In case of a size discrepancy, we are happy to offer alterations to meet your requirements whenever possible. Please note that appropriate courier charges will be applicable.
Damage/Defective/Wrong Product Received
We advise our customers to check the ordered products and quantities in the invoice before accepting the package from the courier.
- If you notice any discrepancy or damage to the package, please leave a suitable remark with the courier service provider while accepting the delivery.
- Reporting Issues: Email us at pantsandpajamas@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. Include your order number, delivery address, and detailed images of the defect or incorrect product.
- Eligibility for Exchange: An incorrect product has been delivered to you (does not match the item in the order confirmation email). The product has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.
- Return Process: Our Quality Check team will verify the issue. If approved, we will guide you through the return process. The product must be unused, unworn, with original tags intact, and returned within 10 days from our confirmation.
Color Disclaimer
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in computer monitors and devices, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color will be completely accurate.
Cancellation Policy
- No cancellations will be accepted once the order is placed.
